The Honey New Zealand uses NZ Post, DHL Express and Aramex for fast and safe delivery. We dispatch orders to most countries in the world as soon as orders are confirmed. The Honey New Zealand does not take any responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address. Before you order, please check your delivery address carefully.

Due to the new tax rules in the UK, we proceed orders only over £135. Any import duties or taxes in the UK are at your cost

We may send small parcels up to 2kg via Aion courier.
Domestic Shipping: Free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $150.
Flat rates apply within the regions of NZ for all orders under $150
Australia
Currently, we directly ship to New Zealand and Australia, with the exception of Western Australia, due to quarantine regulations for bees and bee products in WA
Australian Orders will not be shipped to Western Australia.
Stock items will be shipped within 72 hours after ordering.

Customs Regulations
Some products may not be allowed or restricted in some countries and customers are responsible to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited or restricted within your country. Any import duties or taxes which are levied by the authorities in your country are at your cost. Honeys of New Zealand does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs in your country.
IMPORTANT: We can't ship pots of honey above 2kg to China or the European Union including the UK
Honeys of New Zealand does not accept any liability for missing, damage, delayed or detained parcels by your countries customs office. Honeys of New Zealand is not responsible for any import duty or tax on your order and does not provide any refunds if your parcels are detained or confiscated at your countries customs.
If parcels are detained or confiscated at US customs, The Honey New Zealand or New Zealand International Courier have no control over US Customs and it is not possible for us or NZ International Courier to contact US customs unless US Customs sends a message to a recipient that their parcel is being held for duty fees or etc. Customers are responsible for contacting US customs to receive the parcel.
If your items arrive damaged or lost, please notify us as soon as possible and we will contact you immediately for the process of claim. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received for the claim.
Cancelling orders and returns
We believe you have the right to choose between a refund, exchange or a credit note if our goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown to you or don’t do what they’re supposed to.
We stand behind our products and their quality so if you’re less than thrilled about the honey you have bought from us, please contact us within 30 days of purchase via email: If your honey doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time please thehoney2001@gmail.com or call us+64 9377 0123 We’ll happily refund the price once you have returned the honey as set out below.
If you are returning your order to us, please repack it safely and post it back within 30 days of receiving it. And please include a note to tell us why you’re sending it back. We’ll refund you within 7 days of receiving it. If you’re cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the costs of returning the honey to us (if they’ve already been dispatched). If the products you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description, you can choose an exchange or a full refund, once we’ve received the returned products, and we’ll pay any additional postage costs.
